IMPORTANT: Please check with Alex Printing for file types, sizes and layout specifications before sending files. We use Adobe® Illustrator®, Photoshop®, Acrobat® (pdf) and InDesign®. Other file types may be usable as a reference only, or you may be able to export to PDF or EPS outlnes (please consult your program documentation).

For finished layouts (not editable by us), we prefer:
   1) PDF
   2) Flattened Photoshop PSD or TIFF (on one layer) and at 300 DPI
   3) Illustrator (AI, EPS) with type converted to outlines and
       all embedded files also included.

For unfinished layouts (editable by us), we prefer:
   1) Photoshop PSD (layered) and at 300 DPI, with fonts included
   2) Illustrator (AI, EPS) with embedded files and fonts included
   3) InDesign (ID) with embedded files and fonts included.

All files should be exact size (plus bleed, if required).

This server accepts a maximum file size of 30 mb, and will only accept files with the following file extensions:

.ai || .bmp || .eps || .gif || .jpg || .jpeg || .pdf
.png || .psd || .sit || .txt || .tif || .tiff || .zip

To send multiple files (or file types not listed above), please first compress into a single file with Zip (.zip) or Stuffit (.sit).
